OUR STORY
Founded on Experience
Nixon Exteriors was founded in 2009 with a clear goal — to build a company based on real construction experience, strong work ethic, and reliable project delivery.
Founder Victor Pogonin started in construction as a helper. He learned the trade hands-on, worked his way up to foreman, and managed crews on complex projects.
What began as a window and door specialist has grown into a full building-envelope contractor — today Nixon installs siding and cladding, rainscreen systems, and waterproofing alongside the windows and doors, finishing the entire exterior with one crew.
Over the years, Victor worked on projects across Canada — multi-unit homes, commercial buildings, and institutional properties. That experience became the foundation of Nixon Exteriors

Serhii Ivanov is our Field Operations Manager. He runs the day-to-day on every job site — coordinating crews, keeping quality high, and making sure work stays on schedule.
