Founded on Experience
Nixon Glass Ltd. was founded in 2016 with a clear goal — to build a company based on real construction experience, strong work ethic, and reliable project delivery.
Founder Victor Pogonin began working in the construction industry in 2010, starting as a helper and learning the trade from the ground up. Through years of hands-on experience and steady growth, he advanced into leadership roles and became a foreman responsible for managing crews and delivering complex projects.
Over the years, Victor worked on projects across Canada, gaining experience in large-scale renovations and new construction, including multi-unit residential buildings, commercial properties, and institutional projects. This experience became the foundation on which Nixon Glass Ltd. was built.
