Detailing that meets the BC climate
Coastal BC drives rain sideways. We build pressure-equalized rainscreen walls with continuous drainage planes and back-ventilation, per BC Building Code and the City of Vancouver rainscreen requirements.
Manufacturer-trained installation
James Hardie, ACM panel, and membrane systems only carry their warranties when installed to spec. Our crews follow published install manuals and document the assembly as we go.
