Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services Description
Nixon Glass Ltd. provides vinyl window manufacturing, installation, and replacement services throughout Greater Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Our services include free in-home consultations, custom window fabrication, professional installation, and post-installation support. All services are subject to site assessment and final quotation approval.
Pricing & Payment
All prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation unless otherwise specified. A deposit is required to confirm your order, with the remaining balance due upon completion of installation. We accept cash, credit card, debit card, and e-transfer payments. Prices may vary based on final measurements, site conditions, and material selections.
Scheduling & Installation
Installation dates are scheduled based on product availability and crew capacity. We will provide reasonable notice of your installation date. Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access to work areas, removing window treatments and furniture near windows, and being present during installation. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Warranties & Liability
All products and installations come with comprehensive warranty coverage as detailed on our Warranty page. Nixon Glass Ltd. is not liable for damages arising from improper use, unauthorized modifications, or failure to maintain products according to provided guidelines. Our liability is limited to the cost of the products and services provided.
Additional Terms
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of signing the contract for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the order value, depending on production status.
Property Access
Customers must ensure safe and clear access to all work areas. Nixon Glass Ltd. is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, hidden damage, or conditions not visible during initial assessment.
Permits & Regulations
Where required by local regulations, customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permits prior to installation. Nixon Glass Ltd. can assist with permit applications upon request.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in British Columbia, Canada, in accordance with applicable provincial laws.
Changes to Terms
Nixon Glass Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
